Problem with Boyfriend

I asked my boyfriend to go on the chat so I could speak to him he said, "I don't want to," so I said, "Sorry and if you want, I will never speak to you again." He called me and said, "You are so silly in this message and hung up. After that, I called him and he didn't answer, so I wrote a message to him and said if you don't answer me, I will know that you don't want to speak to me again and he didn't answer.
