Problems in Relationships

I have problems in relationships that do not seem to change no matter who I'm with. At this point in my life, I've been married three times. My third marriage is failing and I realized that it's ending in the exact same way as the previous two. I don't want to get divorced. This time, I want to hang in there and do the work to save my relationship. I've lived long enough to figure out that finding someone new is not going to solve the problem.

I have taken a hard look at myself and realize that if I don't change, I'll just keep repeating the same mistakes. Can you please point me to a resource that will help me break free of these old patterns and save my marriage?
