Relationship Betrayal

Hi I am Sitaram. I am married to a girl 4 years ago in court. Her parents and my parents don't know about this.
My girl has had an affair and she told me about this.
She is so confused that she doesn't know where she should go.
Please tell me what I should do to get her back and marry me officially in front of my parents.
I love her like hell even though she has betrayed me.
Please tell me what I should do. Should I leave her or if not then how I can convince her?
