sad about love

I'm sad about love because me and this boy were dating and we loved each other, but we grew apart, even though I still love him. He is going out with my best friend now.

He still glances at me and tries to make me smile, but my best friend is rubbing everything in my face about the breakup.

I think that he still loves me, but I'm not sure and I'm afraid to ask. I'm also not sure who to choose: the boy or my old best friend.
