Should Looks Matter?

Me and my boyfriend have been dating for only 2 weeks and he is completely amazing! Everything I've ever wanted (so far) but there's a problem ... he has a big gap in between his 2 front teeth. I know it shouldn't matter, since he treats me so well, but I don't know if I'd like to be seen with him in public. I usually like to show off my boyfriend ... am I wrong?
