In my opinion, you should talk to her. It's probably just lust anyway but she is still young so let her know the consequences of her actions and if she still does it, then she will get what she asks for. Sorry to say you have to let people make their own mistakes but there is no reason that someone can't try to guide them in the right direction and let them know what could happen if they choose the wrong things.
Keep it between you and her and don't say I told you so. It's just a lesson learned. Ask her how she would feel if it was her husband or if you were being done that way.

No matter what you say your sister will not hear you and speaking to her will only make things worse. She's not a baby, this is her life so let her live it the way she wants to. The experience will do her well. Be there for her when she needs you and she will!
