still seeing girlfriend after break up

i finally found the one i love and lost her. it was a very bad break up, but we have tried to remain friends. we have talked a lot about what happened and she regrets not giving me a second chance but has started to see someone else.

we will spend at least one day together and sometime 2 and i will spend the night at her house but i sleep on the couch. i know she still cares and i still love her and every time i bring up not seeing her anymore she gets upset.

i dont think she is just holding on but i dont know what to do. her boyfriend doesnt seem to mind but i know i would.
