The Love Crush

The Day of Emotions

I tried to tell you I love you
but the words were hard to find.

I'm always thinking about you
you're the only one on my mind.

Oh why do I act so shy forever, hiding my face
I should learn to accept it, put yourself in my place.

I'm afraid that I am not the guy
you've searched for all these years.

I will kindly leave now,
and hold back the tears.

I will walk right out that door
And never see you forever more

I'm afraid that I cannot live without you
Alone in my life

for quite awhile
When I think of how we me met it only

brings back your smile.
I remember when I held you then and

wished to tell you that we'd never part
I only met you then and I love you now

I'll hold you in my heart.
In the hope that we will never grow apart

my heart has only one love
one love to give

pure as the feathers of a dove
pure as the way we all shall live.



This poem was and still is inspired by a girl in my class name Malissa. She is in my sophomore class and she is a wondeful person. I wanted to show her my real affections for her and I did it in my poem.
