Totally confused.... does she like me??

I really really like this girl but I don't know if she feels the same. We text each other from time to time but never really talk except in person when we're out, but it's always with group of friends and once for like 3 hours on the phone ..

I asked her once, why don't we talk, and she said because you don't call me. Now I call and every time I call, she's on the other line with someone or doing something with her family and she says I'll call you back, but she never does. When we go out, we always have a good time. She asked me to go with her to the prom, so I'm thinking she likes me, but that was a while ago.

Maybe I'm just rushing things. I've only known her for 3 months. Just need to know how to elevate this friendship.
