He and my older sister were best friends. But she left him and never talked to him, now we are really close, and he tells my mother and friends he likes me, there's an age difference too, but i don't wanna seem immature or come off like an idiot, so how exactly do i tell him I'm interested, but still be subtle?

It was the same for me too. It only went on for 1 year, after that we lost contact and the last thing I heard about him is that he's engaged to some girl. Now I have moved on with my life,but sometimes I still remember him...and i'm still single.

I have been in love with my best friend for 7 years. Now, we're seniors and barely see each other. I try to get over him by dating other guys but I can't stop thinking or talking about him.
This past weekend at his game, he got injured. I am the only one to get up and run to the fence out of all his friends, hoping he would see how much I cared. After the game as he was walking to the locker room, I walked right beside him and told him "if you love me let me know, if you don't let me go, then I left and went home.
He says he loves me but doesn't want to ruin our friendship. I said if he loves me, it wouldn't matter. He just said that he knew. He's not one to share his feelings, so I don't know if he really truly does love me.
I love him so much. I can't live my life without him in it.
