Oh wow. Call me crazy but I love this poem. It makes so much sense. And I feel the same way as for the cutting thing, yeah, I understand that too.

I know someone that will love you when others won't. Someone that is the same as he was yesterday, today and tomorrow. Someone that died for our sins, so that we can live. Even when we feel like there is no reason to be here.
Who cares, about us anyway? God loves us. It may sound like a cliche but it is real if you just take time to get to know him. He'll love you when no one else will. Please don't cut or hurt yourself. What seems unbearable today will heal tommorrow. God Bless always. Talk to him he'll hear you where you're at.

That's deep. Slow down with the whole harming your body thing. It isn't worth it in the end and you'll only be left with scars which lead to more memories.
You can overcome the breakup and you won't be alone forever. If you just at least try to find things to make you happy, then you can start moving on.
I know you can never forget the past, but you can start changing your future. Don't forget that you're not alone even if it feels like it. And try things that will help you be happy even if it does seem selfish because I know that cutting isn't making you happy.
Maybe you could try painting or something active to help keep your mind on different things. You can make it! :)
