What Happened?

Everyday I ask myself questions.
Will I ever be happy? Will my life ever be less painful or will I forever live in the shadow of the darkness?
No one seems to give me answers. Is it right in front of me?
Tell me, show me what I'm not seeing.
My world seems sad, dark, and cold. It's cruel.
