What Should I Do?

I'm 19 years and I like a guy who is 26. We met via my college. He is a high school teacher and he mainstreams autistic kids in my college. We are friends and we both are attracted to each other.

What should i do? Should I show him that I'm available if he wants to take our relationship further or just give up? I really like him and I think our current situation is bothering him because he doesn't know how I feel about him and I think he doesn't know what to do.

P.S. we have each other's number but we never contact each other outside of school. (He's asked for my number, but never calls even though we see each other 3 times a week.
