when your bff takes your crush right from under you :(

We got a new boy in your class my freshman year i really liked him and i couldn't stop thinking about him. He must of thought the same because he then asked me to the homecoming dance i said yes and homecoming night we danced and talked shared a special moment my ex best friend noticed it and came over, i should of known then that she was going to take him from me but i didn't. Later that year we were on a trip and she tells me that they were talking and he asked her out. I wasn't sure how to respond to what she had just told me i was confused so i talked to him that Monday and he told me that never happened and he started to flirt with me not leaving me alone, but i liked it because he was the only guy i liked at the time. Then i find out that they were dating and i couldn't believe that my once best friend would pick a guy over me it was a huge shocker. It didn't really hit me until i saw them making out i felt like a knife was stabbing me in the heart multiple times. One weekend i saw her at the mall and she was with her ex bf i couldn't believe she could go that low but whatever. Well that night he started to text me and he didn't stop until 3 o'clock in the morning and she found out about and started calling me names that really pushed me over the edge and i couldn't believe my eyes that she would do that to me when she knows that i would never do that to her. Well now i am no longer friends with her or him. It may sound shallow but i hope they break up and then she will see that not only did she lose her best friend, she now has no body to vent to like i did and now i know i shouldn't of trusted her. I still have pain from what she did to me i will never be able to forgive her.
