my ex and I are still good friends. we talk a lot. I ended the relationship as he told me he is afraid of relationships.

recently there is another guy who asked me to date him. I didn't accept but my ex constantly teases me about him. at the same time, there is a girl who wants to go out with him and he constantly talks to me about her..

what does this all mean?
