Or is it? You went silent for years maybe you stopped loving me. Or did you? You called after two years and said that you still love me. I said I was engaged and my wedding day is near. You said I could stop the wedding if I still love you. I wanted so badly but it was not that easy. You came on my wedding day and you gave me that smile. The smile never touched your eyes I could tell it's a lie. And I gave you that very same smile the most that I can. For I still love you and hope this is just a nightmare. I've tied the knot with someone else and now I'm happy. Or am I? I still hope that someday you and I will reunite. Or can we? This love is but a forbidden love. A love rightfully just shouldn't be.
