Your Smile

It warms the world around it and gives life to anything close to it. Like everything else close to you I am given life when I am near to you My eyes are opened and my heart is warmed A chill goes down my spine And I smile the biggest smile. When you tell me you love me All of my worries and pain go away And I fall in love all over again. When we sit on the phone at two in the morning With nothing to say And the only noise is our breath, I feel safe, like nothing can touch me. They say all's fair in love and war But as far as I can see This world is at peace. |
